Harsh Cyber Cafe ("we", "our", or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Harsh Cyber Cafe service.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to our Designated Agent.

4. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a written counter-notification with our Designated Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Harsh Cyber Cafe has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Harsh Cyber Cafe reserves the right to modify the contents of this page and its policy for handling DMCA claims at any time for any reason. You are encouraged to check back to review this policy frequently for any changes.
